Shipping and Handling

Order placed before noon, USA Eastern Time, will be shipped the same day from our Elkhart, Indiana, facility. Orders placed after noon will be shipped the next business day.

All shipping destinations outside the United States and Canada have a handling and documentation fee of $ 10.00 USD added for preparation of export documents. If shipping costs cannot be determined through this checkout form, shipping will be calculated separately and charged when the order is prepared for delivery. Return Policy

You may return merchandise for credit or a refund, subject to a 25% restocking fee, by following these instructions:

• Prior to any return, you must contact Annod Industries for a return goods authorization (RGA) # and a ship to address. Contact us by email: info@annodindustries.com.
• The merchandise must be returned unused and in its original package.
• Include a copy of proof of purchase (your receipt).
• The return must be made within thirty (30) days from date of purchase.
• The returned merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid.
